Ryan started mountain biking in 1997 and eventually through cyclocross found his way to the road. Ryan has won multiple Canadian National Championship medals in the junior, U23 and senior ranks and represented Canada at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. A member of the SpiderTech program since 2008, Ryan continues to progress and has become one of the most consistent riders on the team.
