Sport practice and event organisation have been part of Josée’s life since a young age. From her father’s influence and leadership into sporting teams and event promotion; Josée has been exposed to diversified background in sport. She has been encouraged as early as 3 years old to participate recreationally and competitively in many sports such as swimming, snowshoeing, handball, volleyball, basketball, track & field, cycling, etc. She has volunteered and involves herself working many sports events over the years. For the last 10 years, the scope of work Josée has covered in the cycling Industry include: event management, promotion, product launch, expo coordination, North American demo tour, cycling team & athlete, mechanic, race, travel logistic, cycling fashion show, test ride demos, trade show, directing consumer show, sell and representation, develop cycling trip & training camp, product order, media communication, etc. Sport is a strong element in her which she has integrated passionately into her everyday life. She will proudly manage Team R.A.C.E. Pro with Steve Bauer under Cycle Sport Management.
