PLANET ENERGY DOMINATES QUEBEC CHAMPIONSHIPS AND CANADA GAMES

DSC_3768 A week of medals for Planet Energy riders who dominated the Quebec Championships and the Canada Games.  Eight Planet Energy riders were participating to the Provincials in Huntingdon, whereas Guillaume Boivin and Éric Boily were participating under the Quebec Team colours to the Canada Games held in Prince-Edward-Island.   

Between the two of them, Boily and Boivin won 4 medals.  Éric Boily brings the Gold back on the road race and a Silber at the criterium race.  Boivin won 2 Silver medals at the individual Time Trial and road race events.

During the weekend of the Provincials, François Parisien won the Gold after 23.3km of the individual Time Trial with an average of 48.33km/h and Martin Gilbert follows with a Bronze medal.  5 Planet Energy are among the top 10 Quebecois of the ITT. 

It took Keven Lacombe 3h39min to win the Gold medal of the road race in front of his team mate Bruno Langlois taking the Silver at 28 seconds behind Lacombe.  4 Planet Energy are positioned in the top 10 of the road race.
