Another day of racing for Planet Energy team in NY State, the Tour of the Battenkill, a 200km course (2 circuits of 100km) with paved and unpaved roadways.
Our rider François Parisien finished 3rd with Karl Menzies of OUCH 2nd behind solo rider Scott Nydam of BMC in 1st position.
Nydam left in a early brake with another rider and did and finished the last lap solo. Planet Energy team was was up the front chassing when the brake was at 3min. Frank escaped from the peloton and was alone behind Hydam at 50sec to 2min into the 2nd lap. Frank rode over 60km solo until Karl Menzies caught him at 4km to go and sprint at the finish line for 2nd place.
